The JET Mobile app (the “App”) was developed by Systemsmith for Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a
Advantage Solutions (“Advantage” “we” “our” or “us”). The App is free, and is provided by Systemsmith
at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Advantage respects and values your privacy. This
privacy policy describes and applies to the information we collect from you
when you download and use the App, and how we use and disclose that
information. By downloading and using the App, you agree to the collection, use
and disclosure of your information as laid out in this privacy policy.
Information Collection and Use
When you use the App, we receive and collect certain
information. The information that we receive and collect depends on what you do
when you use the App.

Automatically collected information
Some information is automatically collected from you
when you use the App. This information may include data related to the session,
including your name and log-in credentials (e.g., your email address or
username), the date and time of login, MAC address, IP address, operating
system, and OS version of your device, and other statistical data. This
information is collected in order to diagnose errors
or other problems that occur in the APP, and to troubleshoot issues with the
App. In the event of an error or issue with the App, we will also collect the
date and time of the error, the error number, the description of the error, and
the location in the code where the error occurred. This information is used for
diagnostic purposes.

Information collected via cookies
“Cookies” are small text files or records that are
placed on your device to distinguish you from other users of the App by
creating an anonymous unique identification number. Depending on their purpose,
cookies log specific user-related data, or statistical information regarding
your use of the App.
The App places a cookie on your device that
generates a random session number in order for our
servers to recognize successive requests as coming from the same user. No
personally identifiable information is collected by this cookie.

Information you submit
Some information is collected from you after you
submit it to us using the App.
a.
The primary purpose of the App is to gather information
submitted by our field representatives and other employees related to the
performance of their duties. This includes submitting time cards and hours
worked, meal break times, rest break times, work-related travel, and answers to
questions regarding completed field work. This information is entered by you in
the App, and then sent to us in order to manage our
employment relationship with you.

If you have enabled your device’s location services
and you have granted the App access to your location data, the App will collect
data related to your location. This location data is only collected when you
clock in and clock out of working hours in the App (using the “Start” and
“Stop” buttons), or when you take a photograph from within the App. We use this
location data solely to monitor the accuracy of employee reporting and manage our
employment relationship with you.

When you take and upload a photograph from within
the App, the App extracts certain information from the photograph, including
the date and time when the photo was taken, as well as the location where the
photograph was taken. We use this data solely to monitor the accuracy of
employee reporting and manage our employment relationship with you.
4.
Information about children
The App is primarily for use by adults. We do not
currently market to or create special areas for use by
children. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect age identifying information
in the App, nor do we knowingly collect any personally identifiable information
(“PII”) from children under the age of 13. We hereby advise all unsolicited
users of the App under the age of 13 not to disclose or provide any PII in the
App. In the event we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us
with PII, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
(please see the FTC website at www.ftc.gov/kidzprivacy
for more information about this Act), we will delete the child’s PII from our
files to the extent technologically possible.
Disclosure of your information
We do not sell your data under any circumstances.
Except where we otherwise receive your permission or as otherwise disclosed
herein, your data may be shared with our affiliates or third parties in the
circumstances listed below:

affiliates to which we disclose your data only receive your data to perform
tasks assigned to them on our behalf, or as otherwise described in a contract
between us and the third party or affiliate. Such third parties or affiliates
are obligated not to disclose or use your data for any other purpose.
